You can't miss the Dove evolution video & hidden deer

Also, I stumbled upon (not literally by StumbleUpon, I just came across it) this awesome website with hidden pictures within pictures. Some of them are really obvious, but others, such as the one listed below aren't so obvious. Check it out and see how many hidden images you can find. Personally, I'd love to know how these were created and how much time it took to do so.
